mid - high 80's this week - really bad thunderstorm two nights ago. fall is just around the corner, but it seems as if summer is rallying to stay around a bit longer.
the cats are back to sleeping with us at night ... and harrassing me in the morning until i feed them. a big cheer for the return of normal!
tuesday's bible study was awesome. temptation v. sin. do YOU know the difference? i'm loving these kay arthur bible studies - especially when i do the homework and feel i can contribute to the conversation.
i read "five people you meet in heaven" while trevor was camping last weekend - it was such a good book. quite an interesting view on life after death. if you haven't read it, do so. its a quick read and for those of you who are visually impaired - the print is rather large. :)
made bookmarks last night for our church women's retreat. it was an enjoyable evening up until i went crosseyed from threading tiny beads for almost 4 hours straight.
mish had an interview at a law firm in nashville, tn yesterday - maybe she'll decide hurricane evacuations every year aren't her cup of tea ... baby.

this week is season premier week for all my favorite shows. csi is on tonight ... oh boy!
i gave my mom her quilt and she loves it. she loved the sachet i made for her in elementary school too ... i wonder if the quilt will end up in the same drawer as the sachet?

read the book and saw the movie. It is a quick read. Lost came on last night, the big show chris and I have been waiting for!
Emily and I commented today how it is weird to see the leaves falling in warm weather, but it is almost October! CRAZINESS!!
